Under Lil’s leadership, Oxford International Education Group has significantly expanded its academic provision, both organically and through acquisition. Lil has more than 20 years’ senior management and leadership experience in education, including K12, higher education, apprenticeships and further education, and was previously international director at BPP University, where she established overseas delivery centres in six countries. Lil is an advisory board member of IDP Connect, a founding and advisory board member of Business Women in Education, and a non-executive director of Corndel. In 2021, she won ‘Business woman of the year’ at the EducationInvestor awards.
