James is responsible for making investments from Palatine’s Impact Fund, which focuses on companies and management teams, creating a positive impact on society or the environment. He joined the business in 2017 when Palatine’s Impact Fund was established and since then has played a key role in the development of the firm’s education sector credentials, which now include investments in Trade Skills 4U, Estio, Back2Work and Inclusive Employers, with Estio and more recently TS4U having now generated successful exits for the fund.
