Alan Kelsey was originally an investment analyst and investment banker. In 2003 he became a non-executive director of Nord Anglia Education and chairman in 2005. He was chairman of Explore Learning and retired in December 2020 after eight years. He was a trustee of The Prince’s Teaching Institute for nine years and also a trustee of Children and The Arts until it wound down last year. He is now retired.
