Aatif is chair and founder of Cavendish Education, which has 15 schools for pupils with dyslexia and autism. Aatif previously worked in private equity and investment banking. He has a British Army commission and was awarded the Freedom of the City of London for services to education. He is the chair of trustees for the Dukes Foundation, a trustee for charity The Queens Reading Room, and a board member for dyslexia organisation CreStEd.
